SERVICE ONE's annual Member survey forms an important part of our overall research program. Through this survey, we're looking to collect your feedback on various aspects of our operations, including (but not limited to):

• identifying the most important aspects of our service to you
• how well we're performing in these areas
• how you view the competitiveness of our products and services, and
• how likely you are to recommend SERVICE ONE to family and friends.

For the 2012 survey, we've also included some measures to capture how well you think we're living up to our Member Service Promises.
