By simply calling 1300 361 431 from any touch tone phone and following the voice prompts, you can:

  • Check your account balances
  • Have your last five transactions read to you
  • To see if funds have credited your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
  • Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
  • Pay bills to 12,500 registered BPAY billers
  • Order your statements

How do I register for Phonelink?

Please call into any of our branches and we will issue you with an access code.

How do I access Phonelink once registered?

Just call 1300 361 431. Press option 1, enter your member number and issued access code. You will be required to change this code on first time use.

Can I access the Phonelink while overseas?

The Phonelink Service can be accessed while overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by 61 2 6215 7100. Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call into any of our branches and we will arrange to issue you with a new access code.
