Our Members can receive friendly, personal advice and excellent service on our financial products at any of our sixteen Branches, which stretch throughout the Canberra region, Cooma, Tumut, Batemans Bay and Bemboka.

eLink is a fast, sophisticate and secure Internet service. Naturally, it is available around the clock every day of the year. You can use this service to check on your accounts, pay bills using BPAY, transfer funds between your accounts and to other financial institutions, handle your business banking, monitor recent cheque withdrawals, credit and debit card transactions, view information on interest you have earned and much more.

Phonelink Banking Service

You have 24-hour access to your accounts via a secure, automate phone service. It offers many - although not all - of the features of eLink and is very easy to use.

BPAY

BPAY is a fast and convenient bill payment service. Using your SERVICE ONE accounts, BPAY lets you pay your bills by phone or Internet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Just look for the BPAY symbol on your household bills and call the SERVICE ONE's Phonelink service on 1300 361 431 or simply log on our eLink Internet Banking facility. BPAY is accessible anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call and allows you to avoid postage and cheque fees.

Redicard Plus
The Redicard operates on your Savings Accounts and provides you with the facility to access your funds 24 hours a day through 12,000 ATMs and 362,000 EFTPOS outlets around Australia.

VISA Cards
Our VISA Debit Card is attached to your Savings Account. You can use your card to access your own savings thereby incurring no interest charges or we can arrange an overdraft facility to be attached to your account to enable you to make purchases on credit, over the telephone, Internet or via EFTPOS.

Our VISA Credit Card has a low annual interest rate making this a great card for our members who do not make a large number of purchases or tend to carry a balance.

Direct Debit/Credit Services

In today's society, leisure time is limited. Remove the hassle and time associated with paying bills by setting up a Direct Debit. With a Direct Debit you can specify the recipient, amount and the nominated intervals of your payments. You can also arrange to have money credited directly into your account with our Direct Credit system.

Payroll Deductions

Make your life' that little bit easier! As a SERVICE ONE Members Banking Member, you can have all or part of your pay deposited automatically into your account, along with other funds such as rent on your investment property, share dividends, or social security payments.

Periodical Payments

This service enables you to make a payment or transfer to yourself or another party from your savings account on a regular basis. You can automatically repay any of your loans with funds you have at other financial institutions, and have your bills paid automatically from the account you nominate.

Bank@Post

If you can't get into one of our branches, you can use Bank@Post. Bank@Post is a personal banking service offered at over 3,100 Australia Post outlets. It allows you to use your Redicard and VISA Card at the post office to make deposits or withdrawals from your savings account as well paying certain bills such as loan repayments.

Cash Passport is a pre-paid, PIN-protected card that enables you to obtain local currency from over 800,000 VISA and PLUS ATM's around the world - in effect, a plastic travellers cheque.
