Eligibility to open a business account?
SERVICE ONE Members Bankingis a financial services organisation that is owned by our members, each one of whom is a shareholder. Therefore you must be our member to open a Business Account. Find out about becoming our member.
How do I manage my accounts?
You can manage your accounts and pay your bills electronically, through branch service, by cheque book - or any combination that suits you.
Our eLink (Internet) and Phonelink (telephone) banking services give you access to your accounts around the clock, every day of the year. This includes:
What fees are charged and how can I minimise them?
We will show you how to manage your accounts with minimal fees. For example, we can show you how to manage your purchases and expenses without incurring fees on each transaction.
Most withdrawals attract a $1 fee however our members are entitled to 10 free monthly withdrawals if their Business account balances is between $1,000 and $2,000.

How do I make deposits to my account?
You can arrange to make deposits to your Business Account either by eLink or Phonelink transfer and over the counter at any of our branches.
What cheque book facility is available?
You receive a business-sized cheque book with 100 cheques each. An automated ordering system ensures that new cheque books are sent to you well before the old ones run out.
How often will I receive information on my account?
Statements are issued monthly or six monthly. Duplicate statements can be requested at any time by contacting us.
Account Balances and Statements are also available through our eLink and Phonelink services.
