Eligibility to take out a VISA Card?

You will need to:

• be over 18 years of age;
• be an Australian resident;
• apply in personal names; and
• have a permanent monthly income and/or a stable job.

How much can I borrow?
The standard VISA Card has a maximum borrowing of $10,000.

If you have a home loan with us, it will allow you to enjoy a VISA Card at the standard variable home loan interest rate up to $20,000 credit limit (conditions apply). ^

How is the interest calculated on my VISA Card?
Interest is calculated daily and charged monthly. ^

What fees are charged and how can I minimise them?

SERVICE ONE Members Banking will show you how to manage your account with minimal fees. For example, VISA transactions do not attract any withdrawal fees when you select the VISA 'credit' button. VISA retail and merchant transactions do not attract any transaction fees.

How much do I repayment each month?
Our VISA Credit Card is a continous credit contract. Repayments are based on the greater of 3% of your outstanding balance or a minimum of $20 per month. ^

How do I make repayments to my card?
You can arrange to make your card repayments either by payroll deduction, direct debit from your savings or transaction account, Internet or telephone banking transfer, at any one of our branches. Learm more about these methods of repayment. ^

How often will I receive information on my account?
Statements are issued monthly. A transaction list can be requested at any time from our branches, however there may be a charge for dublicate statements.

Account Balances and Statements are also available through our Internet and telephone banking services. ^
