SERVICE ONE's fees... at a glance

With SERVICE ONE you only pay the one monthly Membership Service Fee and as part of this, you can hold as many accounts as you like. In addition, depending upon the types of products and services you hold with SERVICE ONE, your average deposit and/or loan balances or your average relationship balance, you may be exempt from paying the monthly Membership Service Fee and/or other fees.

The average relationship balance is calculated using the sum of the monthly average deposit balance (savings and term deposits) and monthly average loan balance (loans and drawn down balances of approved overdrafts) held with SERVICE ONE. For instance, if you have an average loan balance of $6,000 and an average deposit balance of $5,000, your average relationship balance will be $11,000.

Our approach to fees is simple - we look at your entire membership and the more products and services you hold with SERVICE ONE, the more you save on everyday banking fees.

Eligibility for free withdrawals

Below is a snapshot of SERVICE ONE's approach to applying free withdrawals. At the very least, all Members are eligible for 2 free rediATM withdrawals and 5 direct debit withdrawals per month, but most Members are eligible for more free benefits. Free withdrawal eligibility is applied across three different categories:

  • free withdrawal eligibility (over the counter cash withdrawals, personal cheque withdrawals and EFTPOS transactions)
  • free rediATM withdrawals, and
  • free direct debit withdrawals.

Dependent upon balances and products and services held with SERVICE ONE, Members are eligible for the following benefits.

  • An average relationship balance of $125,000 or more
  • A First Home Buyer Banking Package
  • A Home Owner Banking Package, or

  • EDVEST
  • A Wealth Manager Banking Package, or
  • A Student Banking Package.
